The Microstead and Garden Studio began as a simple home garden in 2021 with four tomato plants in containers on the porch, and it has been growing ever since. Tucked into a private backyard, the space currently includes four raised beds, a variety of container gardens, and big dreams in motion. Expansion plans for this summer include backyard chickens (arriving in late June!), a wild flower pasture, rental raised beds for community growing, composting systems, and sturdy new features such as cattle panel trellises. It’s a small but mighty space rooted in care, creativity, and the joy of growing things - together.
